Commitment to quality

Approach to quality

In 1996, SKYDÔME was one of the first companies in its sector to obtain the ISO 9002 certification awarded by AFAQ, the French quality standards body.

In 2003, the ISO 9001 certification, then the ISO 14001 certification in 2011, confirmed the relevance of its approaches to Quality and the Environment, as well as its ability to implement an integrated management system. SKYDÔME makes customer satisfaction one of the pillars of the company’s structure.

SKYDÔME is committed to maintaining and continuously improving the skills recognised by the ISO 9001 certification

Certification ISO 14001

Indeed, this level of standard requires constant research and monitoring of market expectations, the establishment of a suitable structure to respond to them and the unfailing staff energy to constantly meet them. Demanding a perfect mastery at all stages of the manufacturing and marketing processes, from design to after-sales service, the whole company is involved.

Performance, efficiency of processes, rigour of controls, and staff qualification and motivation: SKYDÔME is committed to maintaining and continuously improving the skills recognised by the ISO 9001 certification, thus becoming part of a real dynamic that enhances its efficiency, its competitiveness and, ultimately, its sustainability.

Valorization of waste, search for technical solutions and partnership with suppliers to reduce energy consumption, taking into account the requirements of environmental legislative recommendations (RT 2012, for example): SKYDÔME integrates sustainable development into its practices, on a daily basis.

The construction of buildings ‘which harvest’ - which allows polluted water to be recovered in case of disaster - or the use of a hydrocarbon separator to treat run off water, are concrete examples.

In addition, by joining a Groupement d'Employeurs pour l'Insertion et la Qualification (GEIQ), a professional group for integration and qualification, SKYDÔME contributes locally, through social and professional mentoring, to the training, qualification and integration of employees who have found access to work difficult.
