SEMITAN

Created in January 1979 by the local authorities of Nantes, the Semitan put into service in 1985 in Nantes the 1st French modern tramway. Its network of 40 kilometres, dispatched on 3 lines, is today the longest of France.

Specific features of the project:

The building being under Labour Code and the smoke evacuation units having a smoke evacuation coefficient over 0.5 without deflectors, their installation is not obligatory.
