Skydôme® is one of the first companies of its branch which acquired the certification ISO 9002, in 1996, awarded by AFAQ.

In 2003, the certification ISO 9001 version 2000 confirmed the pertinence of its quality approach as well as its capacity to implement a management system which makes the satisfaction of the customers, one of the pillars of the company organisation.

In fact, this norm level imposes constant researches and taking into account the market requirements, the installation of an adapted structure to answer it and the mobilization of the personnel to satisfy them permanently. Demanding a perfect control of all manufacturing and marketing stages of the products, from the design until the After-sales service, it is the whole company that is getting involved.

Performance of methods, effectiveness of process, rigour of controls, skills and motivation of the personnel : Skydôme® commits itself to maintain and ameliorate continuously the competences that the certification ISO 9001 Version 2000 acknowledged, being in line with a true progress dynamic that reinforces its effectiveness, its competitiveness and, to the end, its perenniality.

SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT
AND CIVIC ENGAGEMENT

Enhanced value of waste, research of technical solutions and partnership with suppliers in order to decrease the energy consumption, taking into account the requirements of environmental regulation recommendations (RT 2000, for example) : Skydôme® incorporates every day the notion of sustainable development into its practices. As concrete examples, the construction of buildings “under retention” allows to save the polluted water in case of sinister or the use of a hydrocarbons separator to treat runoff.

En outre, en adhérant à un Groupement d'Employeurs pour l'Insertion et la Qualification (GEIQ), Skydôme contribue localement, par le biais de tutorats sociaux et professionnels, à la formation, la qualification et l'insertion de collaborateurs jusque là en difficulté d'insertion.
