The CO2 BIZONE pneumatic smoke evacuation controls (MCD*, ACD*, or CMCD*) are intended to issue an opening or closing order by single use A.P.S percussion (CO2 cartridges) to Natural Smoke and Heat Exhaust Systems (SHEVS). They allow the simultaneous opening of 2 smoke evacuation zones with a push button control. The BIFONCTION model has an ventilation open and closing control. The smoke evacuation retains priority over the ventilation function. The standard ranges are equipped with a diaphragm and are accessible at level 0 (§4.1 of S 61-931 of French Standards). It is possible, on request, to adapt the standard boxes with, for example vandal resistant doors for access to level 1 (§4.2 of S 61-931 of French Standards), or boxes (CMCD*) comprising a number of strikers to be determined.
